Cycling To Serve

With great pleasure, we announce having formed a Delhi NCR Fellowship “Cycling To Serve” (Delhi NCR FCS) on the lines of International Fellowship for Cycling to Serve. This fellowship is open to all Rotarians to promote cycling, undertake activities of interest to Cyclist with overall objective to serve the Society. 1. Delhi NCR FCS began its activities by cycling with young Mahesh from Riwari on 5th April, 2021, on his final trip towards completion of 6000 Kms cycling across India and felicitating him at India Gate in the presence of his family and fellow Cyclist. Few pictures and a video of my chat with him is placed below. 2. Today, the 11th October 2021, Delhi NCR FCS members ( PP Prashant Sahgal and myself) joined more than 200 Cyclist at Cyclist Reunion at Gurudwara Rakabsingh Saheb at 6:45 am and created awareness about Rotary in general and Delhi NCR FCS in particular. We cycled with them about 15-20 Kms in New Delhi area. On behalf of Sankalp Foundation, Aasha Ki Kiran, we distributed souvenirs / gifts to each cyclist to build ties with them and create goodwill. Delhi NCR FCS looks forward to support from each and every Rotarian in our District and requests all my fellow presidents to kindly circulate this post in their clubs and motivate Cyclist Rotarians to join the Delhi NCR FCS to further the objectives of Rotary and promote Fellowship.
